Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tours or experiences with Sip & Savor ("us," "we," or "our"). By booking any tours or experiences, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. PURCHASES

All purchases made through our website or over the phone are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. The person making the booking is deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the guest(s) named in the booking. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless made in writing by Sip & Savor.

2. PAYMENTS

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

All bookings are considered final and binding upon payment. By completing the payment process, you agree to the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

3. CURRENCY

All tours and experiences listed on our website are priced in euros, unless otherwise indicated. By booking, you accept any fees associated with using a credit card for payment.

4. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Discount or promo codes must be used at the time of purchase. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively and cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise stated. All promo codes are valid for a limited time, typically one year from issuance.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Public Tours/Classes:

  • Cancellations or changes to your booking are allowed up to 24 hours before the tour begins.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.

  • Deposits, if paid, are non-refundable.

Private Activities:

  • Cancellations or changes are allowed up to 48 hours in advance.

  • A 50% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel less than 48 hours before the activity starts.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. Gift cards are not refundable.

6. REFUNDS ON UNUSED SERVICES​

We do not offer partial refunds for services that a guest chooses not to use during the booked experience.

7. LIABILITY

Sip & Savor acts solely as an intermediary between our customers and the suppliers of services such as transportation, meals, and activities. We do not own or control the suppliers, and we cannot be held responsible for issues caused by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to: sickness, weather, accidents, delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, and we encourage all participants to obtain travel insurance to cover potential losses.

Dietary restrictions and allergies should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee food will be free from allergens.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
